The following changes have been made to ARTICLE X “Membership” of the CCF & G Club, Inc. BY-LAWS:
Underlined previous version of SECTION 4 is deleted.
Underlined SECTION 5 was revised and is now SECTION 4 highlighted in BOLD type.
All dues are to be paid by the first day of January of each year. In case of illness or other uncontrolled circumstance, a grace period, not to exceed one year, may be granted upon request by such person to the Board of Directors. The granting of a grace period shall not be interpreted as a waiver of dues or fees.
Dues are due November 15 and delinquent after January 1. Shareholders who have not paid dues by January 1 of each year shall be declared delinquent and the stock certificate voided. The shareholder shall be notified by registered letter that his/her share has been sold. The Registrar shall mail the letter to the shareholder’s post office address on file on the books of the Corporation. The said delinquent share will be sold at the discretion of the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors shall at their discretion establish the administrative process and any/all costs deemed necessary by the club to sell the said delinquent share.
Dues are due December 1. If paid after December 15, a $25.00 late fee shall be assessed. Dues shall be declared delinquent if not paid, mail post marked, by 12 midnight December 31. Delinquent shares shall be voided by the Registrar and posted for sale on the Club’s website by January 2. Delinquent shares shall be sold for a maximum of $2000.00 each alphabetically by shareholders last name. Delinquent shareholders shall be notified by registered letter that their share has been sold. The letter shall be mailed by the Registrar to a shareholder’s post office address on file on the books of the Corporation. The net proceeds to be refunded for a delinquent shareholder’s sold share shall be equal to the selling price received minus annual dues plus the $25.00 late fee, a handling fee of $200.00 & $25.00 for each unreturned key. After January 2, shareholders that reclaim their share prior to the sale of said share shall pay their annual dues plus the $25.00 late fee and a $100.00 reactivation fee

Effective 02-18-2013, the Estill Farm Shooting Range is CLOSED to FIREARM TARGET SHOOTING during ALL State Hunting Seasons.
There are NO UTILITIES (ELECTRIC or WATER) at either farm!

- Eye protection (regular glasses are OK)

YOUTH WATERFOWL HUNT

The Clark County Fish & Game Club Waterfowl Hunters will host twenty (20) youth hunters for breakfast and a hunt on November 4 and 5, 2017
Breakfast, Registration and Orientation will begin at 5:00 AM.
• Open to all youths 15 years of age and under.
• Kentucky Hunter Education Certification is required.
• Licenses will be provided by CCF&G CLUB.
• Each youth hunter must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at the orientation meeting prior to the hunt and a permission release form shall be signed by the parent or guardian for each participating youth.
• Two (2) CCF&G CLUB members will be in charge of the youth hunters while in the blind, one (1) adult is welcome to accompany each youth hunter in the blind.
• Youth hunters will be selected by computer drawing and notified by email or phone.

NO alcohol is allowed on the premises.
NO bass shall be taken from the lake.
Please DO NOT put anything in the lake.
NO personal or home garbage disposal. Use of the garbage disposal is for Club grounds only.
If you see anyone in violation of our grounds policies or rules, please report it to the board of directors immediately. In addition, it would be helpful if you could please obtain a name, license number or vehicle description for us.
|$100 REWARD is offered to anyone affiliated with the club who has reliable information on anyone violating the club's rules and regulations. (ex. - taking fish from lake, alcohol use on property, loaning key to someone else). ||
