CLARK COUNTY FISH & GAME CLUB, INC. BOARD MEETING MINUTES

|August 2016 Board Meeting 08-08-2016|
Meeting began at 7:36 pm. All board members were present.
Motion was made by John Ballard to amend the minutes of the July board meeting to read: for Larry Disney to contact Roger Slusher to Bid to remove two trees located at the Caretaker property. Motion seconded by Bill Thiry, motion carried.
Motion made by John Ballard to amend the minutes of the July meeting to read: committee for boat storage, to consist of John Ballard, Lee Kerr, and Bill Thiry, not Rufus Cravens. Second by Bill Thiry, motion carried.
Motion was made by John Ballard to accept the amended minutes for the July meeting, seconded by Bill Thiry. Motion carried.
Motion was made by Daniel K. to suspend the reading of the treasury report, second by Zack Means. Motion carried.
The Board of Directors addressed a club member about a rule infraction. No action was taken.
Griff Baute, 6th District President with the League of Kentucky Sportsmen addressed the Board and gave an update on the League's activities.
Motion was made by Daniel K. to have a lunch on September the 3rd instead of the 1st, then have a shoot at the dove field if any birds were present. Then close the field until September 10th at Noon. Second by Zack Means. Motion carried.
John Ballard updated, that the fence repairs should be completed by the week of 08-08-2016.
Motion was made by Randy Steagall to have T&T Tree Svc. (low bidder) to remove two trees located at the Caretaker property, for up to $2400.00. Second by Danny Clem. Motion carried.
Motion was made by Lee Kerr, to defer removal of trees beside of the Club House. Second by (everybody) Walter Newell. Motion carried.
John Ballard made a motion to require owners of watercraft, to permanently attach a CCFGC sticker to their watercraft stored on CCFGC controlled property. Second by Lee Kerr. Motion carried.
Motion made by John Ballard for an order to remove and dispose of, all unidentifiable and non compliant watercraft, located on CCFGC controlled property. Second by Larry Disney. Motion carried.
Motion made by John Ballard to allow watercraft to only be stored in areas designated by the CCFGC Board of Directors. With the exception that during waterfowl season, boats may be stored behind hunting blinds. Second by Daniel K. Motion carried.
Motion made by John Ballard for Board Directors to have authority to enforce all CCFGC rules and regulations. Motion died for lach of a second.
Motion made by Randy Steagall to allow Ray Thomas' wife, to scatter Ray's ashes on the club property. Second by Danny Clem. Motion carried.
Motion made by Daniel K. To table the gate conversion, until next fiscal year. Second by Danny Clem. Motion Failed.
Motion made by Bill Thiry to approve proposal of gate key conversion, phase 1 step 1. But to amend phase 1 step 2, to be done in February 2017 by the 2017 Board of Directors. Second by Walter Newell. Motion carried.
Rufus Cravens gave the Caretaker report.
Motion made by Lee Kerr to approve the Caretakers report. Second by Daniel K. Motion carried.
Motion made by Zack Means to have Lee Kerr to pick up new archery targets. Second by Larry Disney. Motion carried.
Motion by Zack Means to adjourn meeting. Second by Daniel K. Motion carried and the meeting adjourned at 9:38 pm.
