| Monday, April 12th, 2010 | *Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m.
*All board members present except, Joe Carrier
*Motion made by Elkins, 2nd by Stewart to suspend reading of March Minutes--passed
*Motion by Disney, 2nd by Mosley to accept budget reading--passed
*James (groundhog) Willoughby discusses raising limit on crappie to 25 and lowering size limit to 6 inches and up, Mosely motioned, 2nd by Young--passed 7 to 2 vote
*Guest are Dean Ballard, Groundhog Willoughby, Walter Newell, Bill Thiry, Danny Clem and Danny Clem JR.
*Chic discussed prior to stocking lake prior to youth fish day, to address stocking of glathead catfish. Chic motioned, Disney 2nd--Passed
*Stewart states he has seen no activity on septic system
*Stewart discusses fence and proces, Howard suggest to proceed with project, Disney motioned, Parker 2nd--passed, to proceed based upon figures Stewart presented in conjunction with adjacent property owner not to exceed $4000.00
*Board discusses present lease agreement we have with W.M.U. and stradegy of negotiations. Stewart reccomends that Elkins serve on committee with Mosely, Young, Stewart, Elkins accepts. Parker motioned, Disney 2nd, for committee to proceed with negotiations--passed
*Allen discusses any other bidders on club insurance package, Stewart will make a contact and deliver phone number to call ALlen.
*Disney motioned, Lawason 2nd to pay for repairs and paint of Gatehouse--Passed
*Buddy Rogers inquires about how many delinquent shares to be sold.. the number is 4
(Secretary to run ad in paperfor May 3rd 7 p.m. for shares to be sold @ $2400.00 dues included for 2010. Run AD THursday, Friday and Saturday, prior to May 3rd.
*Chic comments on Estill road condition, which is very good and food plots are plowed and ready.
*Chic comments on finishing Boatd ramp in the near future.
*Bradley Discusses how to lock cleaning supplies for cleaning lady.
*Young passes utility key to Elkins for may dinner
*Disney discusses key to utility room, Mosley motiones, Disney 2nd to return key to utility room to each board meeting member--passed 7 to 2
*Disney discusses Mr. Thirys income and expenses proposal and review and how it pretains to the club. Future financial stability and ask questions to resolver them--comittee will meet, Allen, Elkins, Disney, Wall, Thiry and Mosely.
*Disney motions, Allen 2nd to adjourn--Passed 8:45 p.m.
