| Wednesday, July 14th, 2010 | Called to order at 7:46 p.m.
Absent--Duddy Rogers & Donald Parker
*Dsney motion, Elkins 2nd--to suspend reading of minutes--passed
*Treasury report--Elkins inquires about fish fry bills, youth fish day amount $895.27, Disney motion, Elkins 2nd to accept treas. report--Passed
OLD BUSINESS
*Septic system update--Board approves sending Jerome Griggs letter for Reinbursement of down payment and to terminate his contract. Refund in 5 days or board will take actions thru Clark County Attorney. Lawson made the motion, Joe Young 2nd-passed
*Fencing at Estill farms-freeman adjacent property owner will call for supplies upon commencing. Stewart has been updating the board.
*No bid results as of yet on clubs inurance package
*Gene Mosely states he talked to Mike Anderson on Lease & states there will be no problems
*Elkins states in conversation with Burtner, Burtner states final dragt will be delivered in one-two weeks and there is nothing to be concerned about.
*Mosely states easement with W.M.U. signed for widening of raod five feet and sewer line on our three acres
*mosely states there will be an offer submitted to club from realtor shortly.
NEW BUSINESS
*Lawson motions--not letting clubhouse out the day before monthly dinners, motion doesn't proceed. Lack of a 2nd motion.
*Wall discusses sending relaimed share monies to the dilinquent person, amounts and said to proceed.
*Carrier--Harrison asks permission to have shelter for cookout for girls ball team, young motioned, Elkins 2nd to allow motion passed.
*Mosely Discusses-Generations conter to have a fish fry day at the lake, Carrier motions, Young 2nd-passed
*Carrier states power take off went out and will get costs to fix
*Carrier--Hay has been done at Estill farm, food plots, soybeans, corn, sunflowers sewed.
*Elkins commends Carrier on Work performed and for the Board to be thinking about Financial Statement issued by committee of Allen, Gene, WIlliam, Disney & Thory.
*Mosley states June 28th, 6 o'clock on mid year budget review and status
*Chic discusses divison of club activities and stocking flathead catfish in lake, pending June 28th budget review.
*Disney motioned, Stewart 2nd to adjourn at 8:48 p.m.--motion passed |
