| Monday, January 11th, 2010 | * Joe called meeting to order at 7:10 pm
* All board members present
* Joe asked for nominations for secretary
* Disney motioned to nominate Allen Howard and Chic Chism 2nd Chic Chism motion to cease
nominations, Lawson 2nd, unanamous vote for Allen Howard as secretary--Then secretary presides
* Allen commenced nominess for presiden, chism nominated Carrier, Carrier declinded, Carrie
nominated Parker, Stewart 2nd, Parker declined nomination, Disney nominates Moseley, young 2nd
Moseley accepts nomination, secretary entertains any other nominees, no nominees, unanimous
vote for moseley as president
* Sec. Turned meeting over to moseley--New president
* Estill county septic installation discussed--spring finish date
* Carrie made motion to seperat sec. & vice president position. Allen accepted 2nd pending
getting accepted nominations, mation carried forth
* Carrier nominated Parker, Wall 2nd, Moseley asked for other nominees, After three attempts-
no nominees, motion passed, Parker is Vice President
* Moseley opens floor for nominees for Treasurer, Lawson nominates Wall, Elkin 2nd, Wall accets--
Lawson motions to cease nomintations, Parker 2nd, motion passed Wall is Treasure on a vote
2010
* Parker discussed minutes being posted on web page, Moseley and Allen Howard will work together
to post them
* Carries will keep stocke registrar and Transfer
* Rogers made motion that Elkins to take gate and keys, young 2nd, Elkin declined.
* Lawson suggested Carrier keep gate and keys, Carrier accepted no other interest shown
* Carried nominated Elkins for Clubhouse bookings, Young 2nd, Elkins accpeted, Lawson motions
cease,young 2nd motion carries, unanimous, Elkins new Clubhouse booker.
* Wall gave treasury report, Howard motion to accept, Rogers 2nd, motion carries and passed
* Carrier stated Estill farm house is empty & for rent, will address at special meeting
* Discussed sale of hay for latter January & February
* Castle to do two concealed weapons classes on Jan. 23 & Aoril 24th, Disney motioned, Carrier
2nd, motion passes to do so on clubhouse premises.
NEW BUSINESS AGENDA
* Moseley discussed special meeting for budget & work session
* Moseley discusses--Goebel called on out land for sale--two parties are intereseted pending the
land can be divided into two tracts
* Board discusses possibilites of land being split into 2 tracts
* discussed W.M.U. easement--if any on road and water line--They installed on the property & do
we need to approach W.M.U. on the matter
* Parker-motion to entertain offers on said property, stewart 2nd, motion passes.
* Discussed reviewing the plat as to easement of water and road and how it is shown on plat.. if
or how it might effect the sale of property, Mosely to attain copy of plat & review at special
meeting.
* viewed proposal from Elkins on Clubhouse expansion-he had tentative costs at hand for board to
view, address at special meeting
* Carrier discusses--not expanding clubhouse due to it is fish and game club and monies should
be used on Hume Farm, Estill farm, Lake or activities related to fish and game
* Disney discusses--expendentures after budget meeting
* Elkin states if we do it--Do it for the members
* Lawson states-majority of members to his knowledge is in favor of expanding clubhouse.
* Chism discusses how the bluegrass club in lexington approaches such matters
* Lawson states in comparrion to other club facilities ours is Elite.
* Survey on clubhouse expansion--(Elkins-for), (Young-for), (Howard, Cost?), (Disney-for),
(Lawson-COst?), (Rogers-for), (Moseley-for),(Carrie-no),(Wall-cost?), (Parker-Costs?),
(Stewart-for-cost?), (Chism-cost?)
