CLARK COUNTY FISH & GAME CLUB, INC. BOARD MINUTES

| Monday, January 25th, 2010 | | Special meeting held on January 25. Meeting called to order at 6:15 pm by Gene Mosley, President of the club. All directors present expect for Joe Young. The purpose of the meeting was for the preparation of the budget for 2010. The Directors examined each line item that was budgeted for 2009. After extensive discussions, which sometimes became heated, the Directors attempted to formulate a proposed budget for 2010. When the meeting became stalemate and no progress was forthcoming, President Gene Mosely adjourned the meeting at 9:30 pm and called for another meeting February 1, 2010. |
