CLARK COUNTY FISH & GAME CLUB, INC. BOARD MINUTES

| Monday, February 1st, 2010 | The second meeting of the Clark County Fish and Game Club Board of Directors was called to order at 6:09 pm by Gene Mosley, President of the Club. Joe Young was the only Director not present for the meeting. The main topic at the meeting was to address the formulation of a proposed budget for 2010. We had failed to agree on the budget process at the previous meeting on January 25, 2010. It was necessary to make cuts in various line items value for 2010. Prior to beginning the actual forming of a line item value for 2010. William Elkins presented a monthly payment based on the current percentage rate and speculation on what the monthly payment for the farm loan could evolve into if the FED increases the interest rate. The final lin item adjustment equaled
$97, 214.68 and we show income of $97,800.00. Joe Carrier presented a motion for the Board of Directors sitting in Official Business on Feruary 8, 2010 approve the proposed budget as formulated with cuts in certain line items. Larry Disney presented a second to the motion and the motion carrie. Joe Carrier presented a motion for dismissal, seconded by Larry Disney and adjournmet was made at 7:00 pm. |
