*Suspended reading of minutes, Elkins 1st, Chism 3nd--Passed
*Treasury reportby Wall--&124,876.39, credit of $595.03 from Southern States, 40 members dues
unpaid, $295.02 due from previous renter
*Bands payment of $649.64 discussed & payment discussed, Mosley will proceed on the matter
*Discussion of Joe Carrier withholding of Taxes & clarified
*Septic system status--bad weather--not complete
*No renter as of yet on still farm house
*Fence Discussed--Allend motion, Joe 2nd on Larry Stewart contact adjacent land owners & discuss
details--passed
*On issue of asking Elkins of certain opinions of matters, they can only pertain to personal nature
not legal nature

*Value of sale of reclaimed shares, Parker motion to leave at $2,200.00 minus fees, Elkin 2nd...
11-yes, Mosley votes no
*Youth fish day-Dewey Pope & Walter Newell will contribute efforts as usual. Mosely states letters
are already typed & ready for sponsors & supporters, comittee will be formed.
*June 28th is date review budget, make adjustments & finalize for remainder of the year.
*Mark Elkins--guest member addresses to board on duck blinds, improvements, and relocate #3--Ask
for board considerations on matter, Carrier to give Mark Elkins info to monitor and voice concern
to duck hunting on matter
*Smith & Codell-Guest members--discussed to meet with trouble spots on road, Carries to meet with
W.M.U. representives on matter
*ALlen Howard motioned to directors to start paying their dues again in 2010, Elins supports insert
motion dies without 2nd.
*Chism--suggests address W.M.U. on what the does for the grounds we have lease on
*Stewart reports on Dove shoot area, Quisneberry to agree as discussed
*Parker passes key to storage room to Chism
*Elkins discussed committee to proceed with W.M.U. lease agreement
*Parker-more tables, Parker motion, Disney 2nd, Passed
*Wall--address cleaning budget specs. to be bid on sweeping, mopping, cleaning restrooms, kitchen
outlet doors, and table tops. Carrier motion, Elkins 2nd--passed
*Disney--discusses input of city commisioner and mayor on club lease.
*Howard--motion to pursue the sell of farm house at Estill farm, Elkins 2nd, roll call vote as
follows (B.R-Yes)-(Elkins-yes)-(Disney-Yes)-(Allen-Yes)-all other voters were NO, motion does
not carry.
*Mosley state over 700ft road frontage, Plat on three acres up for sale. can be divided into
two lots
*Carrie--gate house need refurbished--leaks & moisture, Disney motion, Young 2nd, motion passed
*Allen Howard to pursue specifications from S7W rep. and report and proceed--at cost only
*Chism--fireplace needs work--Chic will proceed
*Carries states boat dock sank again, suggests pull it out of lake till further discussion
*Carrier state Hume & Estill seed sowing--Clover Goose nesting boxes need work--proceed
*Disney motion to adjourn, wall 2nd, passed at 9:18 pm |
