CLARK COUNTY FISH & GAME CLUB, INC. BOARD MINUTES

| Monday, March 22nd, 2010 | Called to order at 6:50 pm
All members present
Elkins to motion to suspend reading of minutes, disney 2nd, motion passed
OLD BUSINESS
-Discuss three diliquent shares to be sold
-Discuss suspended members dues & reinstatement
-Howard to motion to run AD in paper on sale of delinquent shares, Elkins 2nd, motion passed
-Stewart motion on suspended member to be reinstated, pending payment of dues by April 13th,
Disney 2nd, motion passed.
-Clarified sell amount of $2200 plus dues on delinquent shares
-Bids for cleaning clubhouse opened, Howard motioned to accept $60 bid, Elkins 2nd, motion failed
-Carrier motioned to draw for the remaining bids of $75, club to furnish supplies, howard 2nd,
motion passed to hire Kaye Birch, once a month, Howard will contact Mrs. Birch with dates.
-Lawson motioned to pay outstanding bill of $75 to previous cleaner, Elkin 2nd, motion passed.
-Stewart to address board on fencing at Estill Farm-in conjunction with adjacent property owner on
pricing $ options. Stewart to proceed with project.
NEW BUSINESS
-Carrier motioned to send on lid to camp at a cost of $200, Howard 2nd, motion passed
-Carrier state Estill farm house is now rented at $400 per month, $200 deposit, renter paid for
existing gas in tank. Previous renter od his balance to the club in full.
-Carrier states W.M.U will still do road work with club furnishing rock
-W.M.U. presented club with bill of $1489.62 for spraying of lake, chemicals, carrier motion to
pay, disney 2nd, motion passed.
-Carrier sates he has started and will finish sowing of seed at Hume farm.
-Carrier states he went to ask office to sign up on gout. programs & info will proceed pending
contact with Kim McQuarry, club C.P.A on clubs status to qualify for programs.
-Carrier states repair & painting of gate houses has begun, Howard doing at costs.
-Disney motioned for club to do its own pesticide spraying at the clubhouse Stewart 2nd, passed
-Mosley states due to our three acres on being on a county road, we evidently couldn't divide it
into tracts. will continue to investigate.
-Mosley states he talked to Stumbo, which is a memeber of club, on general matters taht pretain to
the club.
-Disney states having conversations with current W.M.U. board member on certain matters which
pertain to our contract.
-Thiry-club member states he's a personal friend with Mike Anderson, W.M.U., Board president &
would try to help our cause.
-Mosley appoints, Young, Stewart, & Mosely to committee to approach W.M.U. board and Myor on
possible early renewal on our lease.
-Thiry discusses & delivers information on the concern of Long term debt & how it pertains to our
financial status.
-Chism discusses Rules & Regulations, of what constitutes a Quarrum for board meetings. It was
clarified as of now pending checking of By-Laws.
-Carrier consults with state Biologists on stocking lake with catfish & bass, will proceed.
-Howard discusses bidding of all of clubs insurance, Carrier motioned to proceed, Lawson 2nd,
motion passed
-Mosley discusses Quarrum for shareholders purpose
-Parker motioned to adjourn, Young 2nd, passed 9:05 pm |
